Customer assistanceWe understand that recovering from a natural disaster is a long, difficult process and want to provide as much support as we can to our affected customers.
If you have been impacted by the recent bushfires, please contact us on 1300 130 763 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We have consultants available to help with enquiries and discuss the options for relief that we can provide to customers experiencing financial difficulties.
Common types of assistance we provide include:
- Deferred repayments
- Long term repayment arrangements
- Reduced repayments
- Time to seek financial / counselling advice
- Capitalisation of arrears
Our team of specialists will work in partnership with you to determine the most suitable arrangement for you.

Financial support to help bushfire victimsRHG’s parent company Resimac has announced it would donate will donate $100,000 to agencies supporting bushfire victims.
$75,000 will be donated to the Salvation Army Disaster Appeal and $25,000 to WIRES – Emergency Fund for Wildlife.
We hope these donations will help support those impacted to stay resilient through the next few months and assist with their road to recovery.
